Mobile manufacturers rankings as per 2011 stats(top 5)

nokia taking the first position with its cheapest but attractive low end phones and expensive but powerful high end phones
nokia still retains its market ...as nokia is the only man in mobile manufacturers who manufactures mobiles for almost any class of people .nokia has the top end symbian 3 smart phones as well as the low end os less small phones which puts nokia at the top
but we should see how far nokia could retain this position as its high end phones with symbian os 2 or even 3 has some technical issues which put,Android,the open source operating system from google ahead of symbian especially in touch phones

samsung takes place 2..this is the only company having the capability to develop smart phones at a very cheap price when compared to others....example the samsung galaxy europa 5 which costsonly $177 yet powered with the most power full android os and having 600 mghtz processor
and a tft capacitive touch screen which was a lot better when compared to the gadgets at that range by nokia!
samsung having the better scope taking the first place if the trend continues ...and even the demerit of nokia (ie:unable to manufacture a mobile phone that combines all like:powerfull os,capacitive touch screen,better battery,pocket friendly and inexpensive relatively) extends the chances for samsung to occupy the first place

htc being the first touch screen manufacturer in the world occupies third place...the most powerful, attractive ,top end phones from htc cant attract the people expecting phones with a less price tag as ....htc phones being very expensive ,yet for the smartphone lovers htc is the best choice regardless of its price because most of the htc phones ranged at $550 can do lot more better than the crappy apple i phone as they are powered with super fast super stable android os which is a lot better than ios from apple


motorola at position 3 is a good rival for htc in smart phone segment having the super hit smartphones like droid etc

sony ericsson loosing its second place, dropped to 5th position as there is an compromise between performance and price yet its has some hit powerfull models like xperia x10 and mini version of it
